Where do cruise groups meet?
Cruise ship guest should make their way to the Divers Memorial. A taxi costs approximately $8.00 USD from the Puerta Maya cruise terminal. It is a seven block walk from the other downtown cruise terminal.
What happens if my ship is late or changes cruise stops?
We monitor the cruise ship arrivals and won't leave you. Make your way to the meeting point and a company representative will meet you. The tour length may need to be adjusted to reflect a shorter stay in port.
You'll automatically receive a full refund if the ships changes cruise stops. The tour will be moved to reflect accordingly if the ship changes the order of stops.
Refunds will be made within 14 days at the current exchange rate.
How do I pay the balance for my tour?
The balance per person will be collected in USD when you arrive.
What do I need to bring on the tour?
We will make a snorkeling stop. Snorkeling equipment is provided. We recommend that you bring a towel, swimsuit, and sunscreen.
Snorkeling participants need to be able to swim.
Do the tour guides speak English?
All of our tour guides speak fluent English.
Will there be an opportunity to shop?
We make several stops at smaller shops and stands. You'll be able to purchase plenty of gifts. Everywhere that we stop accepts US currency. Cash is recommended as many small places don't accept credit cards.
What do I need to know about driving during the tour?
All drivers need to have a valid driver's license from country of origin on them. Passports do not replace the need for a valid license. Mexican beer is provided during the tour. We ask that drivers partake but remain sober.
All of the vehicles are standard transmission unless special arrangements are made in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. You will receive a full refund if cancelled seven days prior to the scheduled tour. We highly recommend cruise guest purchase travel insurance.
Will the tour happen if raining?
The tour will take place as scheduled as most rain showers are passing. Please plan to meet as scheduled. Your safety is our priority and a final determination will be made based on the most current weather information.
How many people per vehicle?
Each vehicle holds four adults. Couples may be doubled up based on the number of tour participants.
What does the private tour option include?
Private tours include snorkeling equipment, lunch, unlimited beverages (bottled water, soda and Mexican beer), and one vehicle. Tour stops can be customized. The price includes up to four adults. Please email if you have a group larger than four and would like to book a private tour.
